I purchased a Playtime CD for my daughter several years ago. She absolutely loves it. I have also purchased the lullabies CD for every friend that has a baby. It is such a wonderful gift. No one can believe that it is produced in such a small town not far from us. Thanks for such a wonderful and thoughtful idea. This is something that will truly last forever. Thanks again! My daughter (2 years old) was given the playtime CD as a Christmas gift and LOVES it. Her favorite song is the Hokey Pokey. She continually goes up to the CD player and asks for the "Okey Dokey, Okey, Dokey!" until it starts. We have to skip right to number 4 and then just hit repeat. Thank you for making such a wonderful and unique product.

I have far too many stories about your recordings and hard to pick out the best one. I have purchased all the recordings except the Happy Birthday Album. They make wonderful new baby gifts. One of the sets I bought was for my granddaughter, Amber. My daughter lives six hours away from me and every time they come this way the albums are played for Amber. One weekend my friend and I were baby sitting Amber and I think we played the albums almost consistently for two days. We still "perform" the songs for our co-workers! Cannot say enough about your music and will definitely purchase more.
We were so excited when our friend gave us "Lullabies For Babies". Our son was only two weeks old when we started playing it and singing along with the wonderful loving lyrics! Now, four months later we use it not only for bedtime tunes, but for road trips, airplane rides and when visiting family. As long as
he hears his name in the songs he is comforted. I know it is the music and the beautiful voices because he will stop fussing when he hears the music begin. Sometimes we turn up the baby monitor so that we can hear it in our room; it helps us fall asleep too! I just wanted to say that as a first time mother, I definitely fell into the trap of buying everything and anything there is to offer for babies. I must say I have bought a lot of stuff I will never use, except for this CD. My daughter's name is Trinity and her name was not on your selection but low and behold, you still made my CD "lullabies" amazingly. I can recall picking it up from the PO Box and opening it up -just in love with the overall artwork of the cover, so delicate, detailed and beautiful. My daughter was only 4 months old then (now 22 months). I remember the song, "Miracles". When I heard it I started to cry, and that is one thing I am not ashamed of - the love I have for my daughter. I never thought I could ever put into words how complete and how much I love her...your lyrics are profound and bring me to tears...beautiful. We absolutely love these CD's! We received the lullaby CD for our son, Jay, when he was born, and he listens to it every naptime and bedtime. He still loves it, and he is 3! I have bought these CD's for every close friend who has had a baby since then, and they are always a big hit. I just wanted you to know that I received my personalized CDs today and my children LOVE them. We listened to them while we ate dinner this evening and I think this is the quietest meal we've had in a long time. They are soon-to-be 3 year olds and were so surprised to hear their names!It was nice to be able to have them both on the twins CD. It makes them both feel special. I bought Playtime Tunes for my Granddaughter many years ago and she always brings it with her when she comes to stay with me. Just last week she had a little friend over and they put on the Playtime CD (which my granddaughter calls her Hokey Pokey CD). When it said her name in the song, her friend exclaimed, "How did you do that?". My granddaughter answered very matter of factly, "My Grandma did it". So now I am buying one for her little friend, who has a very unusual name. It is so fun to give a gift which brings so much awe and wonder to the children. We recently purchased the Happy Birthday CD for our daughter, Calla, for her first birthday. It brought tears to our eyes. The songs are really wonderful, especially the Birthday Lullaby. We made a video of photos from our daughter's first year, and put the birthday lullaby to it, it's absolutely perfect, and we plan to play it at her birthday party. I am so happy to have found a way to make my daughter feel special, and such a reasonable cost for something that will be a keepsake for her forever. I can't say enough good things about it, and hope to purchase the rest of the CDs for her and for our older daughter, Paige. Thank you!!!
I think your company is just an amazing idea! We were given the lullabies CD for our little daughter, Aine, who was born last July. It really helped us through some tough collicky times. We gave our nephew the Playtime Tunes CD for his second birthday. He is also a Seattle Mariners baseball fan. They have a player named Arthur Rhodes. When he first heard the "Jazzy ABCs" and it got to the "R is for rose", he said "Arthur Rhodes?". He's 2 and a half now and he calls the CD the Jazzy ABCs CD. When a new baby, Rachel, came into my life recently, I immediately ordered a lullaby CD for her. She wrote a thank you note to me saying she had been unable to go to sleep easily before because she didn't want to miss anything in her new world. My two year old son absolutely LOVES his Time To Daydream CD. He has a hard time sitting in his car seat for a long period of time. During our road trips, I pop this CD into my player and he instantly relaxes and calms down. It makes both of our lives easier! He likes to try and sing along and bobs his head to the music. We have been fortunate enough to be on the receiving end of 3 of your amazing CDs (Lullabies for Babies, Time to Daydream, and Playtime Tunes). The first time I played the "Cleanin' Up My Room" song for our 2 and a half year old daughter, she did an about-face when she heard her name come out of the speaker and said, "Mommy, how did they know I need to clean my room?!" Thanks for putting an element of fun into such a previously dreaded task. :) I no longer dread purchasing gifts for newborns. I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for the lovely Lullaby CD you sent me for my daughter, Ellie! I received it yesterday, and have already played it several times. The whole package is just delightful... from the gift card and ribbon to the darling booklet and the beautiful music!!! It's simply perfect! I nearly cried just listening to the first song. It was all so lovingly put together, and all the songs, especially Dana's originals, are so very beautiful. I'm a singer myself, and I'm already learning the songs so I can sing them to Ellie myself when I'm not playing the CD! Again, thank you for such a wonderful, wonderful product. After many years of trying to conceive, our daughter was born on January 6, 2003! She is the love of our lives and every time I play her lullabies CD, I am moved. The songs are so beautiful, as is your voice. I hope nothing happens to this CD because Gianna loves it. She is now 6 months old and it pretty much runs continuously in the nursery! I worry that when she is older she will wonder why all songs don't have her name in it! I am looking forward to getting her the Happy Birthday CD as well as Playtime Tunes.
